Aside from uglifying the world for a day and scaring the crap out of people who have no idea what CSS is, it doesn't do much. It's too much developer-centric idea. Most blogspot templates have their CSS hardcoded into their theme file, so bloggers who use blogspot will have to remove the CSS themselves manually - but they have to save the original CSS too!
