The Day After Tomorrow

Director: Roland Emmerich
Starring: Dennis Quaid, Jake Gyllenhaal

Although it’s a little late to post this, the fact that I just purchased the VCD of The Dat After Tomorrow yesterday night after being attracted by the ‘50% discount’ price tag on the cover.

This movie is totally marvellous. It took the CGI team to use 8 months (correct me if I’m wrong) to just create the mere few minutes of the movie when the wall of water struck New York. The entire scenario is about human, being place as the tip of the major climate shift is which no demographic models can ever estimate the entire shift.

Look! The waves are coming!

The entire thing started with Los Angeles being trashed by a series of tornadoes and New York being struck by a wall water which nearly soaked the Status of Liberty up to her waist! And then the entire movie is totally packed with sadistic scenes, and this makes it totally cool and exciting!
